Hello and welcome to the first ever Ch{all}enge Masters Holiday Blog Hop!! The Ch{all}enge Masters Blog was your 1st stop and you are now at the 4th stop of the hop after visiting Dana!
I have my own little RAK to give away (to someone in the US/Canada). All you need to do to win is tell me one of your favourite Christmas traditions. I'd love for you to become a follower to see more of you too, but it's not required to be a winner. You do need to make sure you leave some way for me to contact you if you're a winner! Leave your comment on this post to be entered to win. After you have visited all the blogs and made a post, be sure to go back to the Challenge Master's blog and post when you are finished. Thanks for hopping with us! Your next stop is Shana.
I have a little something to share with you - a card that's so easy even a preschooler can do it! LITERALLY! I offered to teach the kids in my son's preschool class a card and this the one we did and this one was made by him (minus the stamping!).
Red paper is Coredinations embossed with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder and then sanded off. The patterned paper and blue paper for the sentiment are American Crafts Merrymint line. The sentiment stamp is Amuse. The ink is Memento Rich Cocoa. The gingerbread man was a die cut from the lss I work in. The gems are KaiserCraft. The eyes were just from the dollar store.
I'm really getting into the holiday spirit around here and love this time of year. We always enjoy getting out for drives with the boys to see all the lights and we want to get to the Stanley Park Bright Lights train again this year! One of our favourite activities! What do you enjoy about this time of year? Remember to leave me a comment to be entered for a RAK!
Cheers,

I think one of my favorite Holiday tradition/activities is driving around to see the Decorated homes - we do this EVERY year - no matter what!!
What an adorable little card and my favorite Gingerbread Men!!! We love to bake a cake to celebrate Jesus' Birthday...that is so important to my boys!!!
I love the simplicity of the card. My son and are are big into making things together at Christmas time, and this is another cute idea to add to our list! Thanks for sharing!
Cute card! My favorite holiday tradition is all the decorating! Even though it's very stressful and hard work every year, in the end I love it and it wouldn't be Christmas without it! Merry Christmas!!

Very nice card! I enjoy making cards with my preschooler too!
My favorite holiday tradition is the tree. We go as a family to the farm, cut it down and decorate it all together!
My favorite tradition is our 'chimney grab'. At thanksgiving, we draw three names and buy a small present for each. Then n christmas, they gifts are placed in a cardboard chimney. Someone plays Santa and distributes them.
Our Christmas traditions include making gingerbread houses (my mom and dad learned how to make them while living in Germany and we always got to make one and take it to our school teacher), Santa wraps all of his presents in Santa wrapping paper which is cool because you could always tell which ones were from him, and my dh and I started a tradition with our kids of going to see the Nutcracker every year.
Such a pretty card! Nice job!

Colleen what a CUTE card!
Since my very first Christmas, my dad has cut off a ring from the base of the Christmas tree and on the round piece of wood he writes the year and our names and a message. We display them every Christmas. This year there will be 33 of them!
Hi Colleen! That card is sooo cute. Love the gingerbread man!
My favorite holiday tradition is baking cookies with my cousins. We have been doing it every year for probably the last 5-7 years. I love it!
What a cute card! As far as traditions go, I love getting out all the decorations the day after Thanksgiving and getting the house all ready for Christmas!
Cute card!! One of my favorite holiday traditions is decorating the tree together
Your card is sooo cute! My favorite tradition is the family decorating the tree - not just Mom. We've continued that tradition with my kids.
how cute!!! my boy wants to make his own cards to, I'm going to show this one to him.
Our family tradition is that all the kids go to bed and and soon as "SANTA" arrives the jingle of his "bells" awakens the kids and we open the presents, usually like 1AM. This way after everything is open, my husband and I can settle into bed for a good night's sleep and don't have to wake up too early. :)
Love the simple card! Even better to get help from your preschooler. My favorite Chrsitmas traditon is buying a new ornament eacy year.
Super cute card!!!! My favorite tradition is going to get the new ornament for the year!! The past couple years we have had our names on them and they are just to cute!!
Cute card! My favorite holiday tradition is playing games late into Christmas Eve night!

Gingerbread looks yummy. love the card.
ohhh i loveeee your card how adorable. We really are getting into our traditions now. We eat off our Christmas plates, put out Reindeer food, we have to be AT OUR HOUSE on christmas morning. I really want bella to know the REAL MEANING of CHristmas not just presents and santa though. and the reason we GIVE not all the hype and commercialism. I try to express that to her.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
HELLO my friend!!! THERE you are! :) I think I'm already a follower but if not I will be tonight. :) LOVE your son's card!!! My fav holiday tradition is opening JUST ONE present on Christmas Eve! Gets everyone quite excited for the big morning!!! Hope you are well! :)
Adorable card! My favorite family tradition is going to one Grandma's house Christmas Eve and then the other Christmas Day. This is the first year we will not do that as one of my Grandma's is having Christmas early!
Great card! I may have to try it with my preschoolers! My favorite holiday tradition is going to a tree farm to cut down our tree. Lots of fun, & great photo ops!!
i love the card....my favorite tradtion at christmas is just recently we each started to get everyone a stocking at christmas so it;s just not for the kids anymore...the parents get one too and you are only allowed to spend $5 nothing more. It's kind of a challenge to look for something that is 5 or less.
Oh Colleen - that card is just ADORABLE!!
My favorite Christmas tradition is snuggling up with hubby late on Christmas Eve & watching A Christmas Story! We crack up every single year even though we've watched it too many times to count!
