I was looking for something else when I happened upon this great quote that I just have to share (very into quotes of late if you haven't figured that out!):
I'm so totally loving that way of looking at it - especially now that I've had my shower and my coffee! hee hee I know there are days when we have some idea of what's going to happen to us, like we have to go to work, but other than that, you really don't! What a wonderful notion! So, have you found a quote recently that you like? Please leave me a comment with it if you have!! It might make an appearance on my blog soon if you do!The moment when you first wake up in the morning is the most wonderful of the twenty-four hours. No matter how weary or dreary you may feel, you possess the certainty that, during the day that lies before you, absolutely anything may happen. And the fact that it practically always doesn't, matters not a jot. The possibility is always there. - Monica Baldwin
Other than that, not too much going on here. Kyle is, of course, at his Nana and grandpa's today. I talked to him last night and he went swimming with mum. She took him up to the pool and he asked what it was called and when she told him it was the YMCA pool, he broke out in song - just a little Village People for her! She couldn't believe he knew the song and I told her that it's all I've been listening to from sun up to sundown for about a week! He's obsessed! She couldn't believe that he remembered the name to tell me either, but I wasn't surprised!
I've still got Nathan and Sophia today, but I'm still trying to take care of my foot, so we might lay low for the day. Nice having the swing set and sandbox and lots of toys here out on the deck if we just want to play around here. Might even get some scrapping done during nap time again!
Did this card last night with the scraps from my layout yesterday. Sorry for the bad scan, but it's lumpy and my digi camera's batteries bit it last night!
Guess that's about it for the day really! Hope you all have a good one full of unexpected wonderful things!
Cheers,
Colleen
